Unfortunately the picture showing the end attachments were not that clear. When the product arrived the end attachments on my fridge were different,so I have returned the product and am awaiting a refund. However very prompt delivery.

Very good , I’m happy with the two oven shelves I purchased . I bought one that was considerably more expensive than the other but it really didn’t make any difference they seemed the same quality . I loved the prompt next day delivery and would recommend this company to you all
Bought the door for my washing machine very easily however it arrived broken due to insufficient packaging so had to return it and couldn't speak to anyone on the telephone numbers listed or on the web chat. Would have been happy if the product had arrived undamaged as the website ordering was very straightforward!
After a month and several message to the firm and they replying with several excuses from 'It was in but someone forgot to send 'Problems with Royal mail out of stock had to re order' etc someone has been lying along the way I have had to cancel and go elsewhere for my product It really riles me seeing on their site only positive reviews I am still waiting after so long
The item was cracked. Was toldI would get a refund between 3 to 5 working days and I still haven’t received this. Very disappointing.
